Hi Sellier,
I guess one advantage in coming out at this time with what amounts to canning a project that's never really begun, is that it directs some attention to the fact that CFE is predominantly focused overseas and out of the line of fire. As you know, CFE never plan to mine, but to acquire undeveloped and distressed assets, then sell at the PFS stage for multiples. Projects that are not subject to the new tax will naturally attract higher sale prices. I think Africa has just become significantly more attractive.
