    I don't think this tax will impact the Chinese investors, as they are also the consumers. At the of the day, they are buying the materials produced from the mines. So if the agreed price is close to the cost of production, there won't be any profit from the mines. Therefore the tax will be ZERO.

    Correct me if I am wrong here...
