The following 4 days closed at 0.041, 0.041, 0.042, and 0.056, again I do not know what the vwap was. If Bergen stock is going to be allocated based on the previous formula of 90% of the lowest 5 daily vwaps in the past month then it is highly likely Bergen will be getting less than 2m shares, which hopefully won't take too much to gobble up.
