Currently 2.952%, and will up to 3.5% by the year end. I think many investors are waiting to buy after the report, expecting a huge drop in SP because the report is going to be a really bad one.
The Rate to watch is the 2Yr.
After the downgrade this yr by new management, the SP initially dived but just as quickly recovered.
