I think insurance is simply less profitable than it used to be. QBE cheap at these levels but only if earnings stabilise.
I agree. There have been a lot of weather events hitting insurance, especially in North America. This is regardless of ones views on climate change, there just have been more events.
I agree with the get out at $12.50, get in under $10 view. QBE management have under performed for the last few years and this scares people away.
