I dunno about the rest of Bonitas analysis, but they took issue with the fact that the RF Management is 100% owned while holding 5% of RFF. I worked in a REIT company before and this is not unusual. Reit legislation requires that management be a vehicle that is separate from the Reit itself. More often than not the promoters will incorporate themselves as the management co.
