the shares are being held back for a few reasons:
- lack of newsflow
- negative publicity from their competitors pretending they winning large clients off ISD (nonsense)
- no broker coverage
- uncertainty about earnings growth
once the market is confident earnings can grow the stock will double quite quickly. by then I'm also confident a broker or two will pick up coverage.
