So would you share your valuation?
I normally dont contact management as I was on the other side and its hard to not give out unpublished information. I know that institutions get more but also think it is unfair.
Management stated that they expect claims to return to the norm. I would like to understand how the increase in market values of properties actually impact the claims. One of my discussions with a mortgage broker is that this has created an expectation that there is little to no risk in buying a house but that actually changing circumstances is a very real risk these days. They said to me that the new banking rules are so restrictive that the insurance risk must have changed.
If this is easy then when last have you had an AGM with not one question ? There are normally plenty of people wanting to hear their own voice so I was a bit shocked that not one question , even though they had telephone, web and in person.
