Feel free to celebrate the enrollment of another 5 patients with a less than 50:50 chance of survival (in addition to the first patient recruited in the US despite not having an office there, although, we may have a mailbox which is essentially the same thing to some).

If there's another CRL, imagine the armada of ambulances looking zeroing in on that interview a certain someone gave, referencing the FDA even asking to extent a certain SR-aGvHD treatment to adults. Lets hope that's not going to happen, as otherwise it might be difficult finding an insurer sticking his head up to cover someone that not once but twice has gotten carried away.
