I am not against a takeover - just find the price, conditions, timing and circumstances stick like a stagnant sewer.

The fact and details of the offer show that Tullow have disdain for the Hardman board, and confidence in their Ugandan assets.

The fact that the Hardman board accepted the Tullow offer shows the Tullow disdain is justified and the Hardman board do not deserve to be in control of such a major Australian asset.

I would like Tullow to take over - BUT NOT AT MY EXPENSE!!!!! I want $3.50.
