re: counter bid has to come I beleive that one VERY relevant question should be "Are the negotiations and offers regarding Guyane now being FULLY handled by HDR management for the benefit of shareholders and perhaps an increased offer OR are the offers being "vetted" by Tullow, the latter could be to the detriment of HDR shareholders and to the significant benefit of Tullow.
