Devilled crab:
In a pan fry the following:
2 chopped spring onions.
½ rib chopped celery.
Half a chopped green capsicum.
Then add the following:
250 gm crab meat.
¼ cup mayonnaise.
2 tablespoons unsalted butter.
2 tablespoons sour cream.
1 dessert spoon Worcestershire sauce.
½ teaspoon Creole Seasoning.
¼ teaspoon mustard powder.
¼ teaspoon Old Bay Seasonings.
Serve with 1 beaten egg yolk mixed with cream.
