Scrimp tapa
For the scrimp tapa fry until slightly or really brown to your liking:
200 gm small raw scrimps
25 ml olive oil and butter
2 or 6 cloves of sliced garlic
One or more pinch of smoke paprika
Finish with the following:
25 ml dry sherry
A splash of orange juice
one tablespoon zest
1 or 2 tablespoons chopped parsley complete with stalks
1 tablespoon zest
