Chorizo tapas in red wine
For the chorizo tapas in red wine, fry the following until brown:
300 gm chorizo sliced diagonally
2 sliced shallot
½ diced capsicum
1 to 3 cloves sliced garlic
2 fresh bay leaves
Finish with:
100 to 200 ml wine
A squeeze of orange juice
A tablespoon of zest
