Baked Herbed Oysters:
Place in small ramakins the following:
200 gm oysters and liquid.
2 egg yolks mixed with 80 ml cream.
3 tablespoons smoked butter.
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley.
1 tablespoon minced fresh thyme.
½ teaspoon old bay or hot seasoning.
¼ teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper.
Transfer to small ramekins.
Top with breadcrumbs and parmesan or pastry.
Bake.
Traditonal and optional.
