    Italian scrimps:


    Two serving of the following:
    Raw scrimp seared well on one side only.
    1 teaspoon sesame oil.


    Sauce:
    1 or 2 spring onions.
    1 cup of reasonable concentrated chicken or seafood stock.
    1 teabag herbs.
    1 clove pressed garlic.
    1 tablespoon cooking wine.
    1 tablespoon soy sauce.
    1 dessert spoon fish sauce.

    Thicken slightly with corn flour.
