1 or 2 spring onions.
1 cup of reasonable concentrated chicken or seafood stock.
1 teabag herbs.
1 clove pressed garlic.
1 tablespoon cooking wine.
1 tablespoon soy sauce.
1 dessert spoon fish sauce.
