For the scrimp tapa fry until slightly or really brown to your liking:
200 gm small raw scrimps.
25 ml olive oil and butter.
2 or 6 cloves of sliced garlic.
One or more pinch of smoke paprika.
Finish with the following:
25 ml dry sherry.
1 tablespoon zest.
1 or 2 tablespoons chopped parsley complete with stalks.
1 tablespoon zest.
