I'm late to this but can't say I'm happy, if I'd wanted an African phosphate hopeful with almost no cash I would've bought one.
By the time the takeover concludes BON's cash will be say half of what it is now? This is a bailout of BON paid for by dilution to MAK shareholders, hard to see it happening if there were no common directors.
