My 2 cents is that this appears to just siphoning money from MAK to help out BON. Wonarah is a 20 year plus project on its own, which will be difficult enough to get going, and is certainly not yet 'in the bag'. it seems as though these deals are always better for the target company and with the conflicts of interest in this case i cannot realistically come to a different conclusion. EVEN if bon has more phosphate etc we DONT need more we need action on the stuff we already have, IMO. This just complicates things further i think
