These directors founded both companies .If you do some research you will see that BON has massive potential and so does MAK .I dont give a **** what the directors have or their interest .What I care about is whether BON can add similar valiue as MAK .My research concluded ,YES .
You are too preoccupied with what the directors will get ,rather than what BON can offer to MAK . If they do well out of it ,good luck to them ,but I wont let it cloud my judgement on whether this is a good bolt on .After doing some reasonable research ,in my opinion it is .
