Where do you get your ideas from? Firstly if you own 11% of a company you cannot make a decision on behalf of holders. Secondly when AD has over 10% of MAK alone worth close to $4mill at current prices (discounting the options he has) what is a 5 or 6% holding in a company with a marketcap of around $8mill worth to him, maybe $400K. SO he's going to go to all this trouble of a takeover for this preservation of a paper amount worth $400K.

How much do you think Ted Ellyard is worth? You think maybe he has all this planned to preserve the maybe couple of hundred grand he has in BON?

You need to listen to yourself for a while, you talk utter nonsense at times.

BON is not a basket case, it does have some assets that could prove their worth. However MAK have already stated that any progress on BON will come potentially from MAK profits in the future. Should this really be such a huge issue? Of course not, just some here like to sensationalise and attract attention presumably because they get no attention in their real lives.
