jd, just in case you've never noticed but takeover offers need to be at a premium not at a 20% discount (or more than a 50% discount to just 2 months ago) . Who as an independent investor in BON is going to accept that offer?
It has to be an initial offer in preparation for a more realistic offer. Otherwise the offer is just a waste of everyone's time.
