I'm just curios wouldn't we have already heard from the company about a capital raise, following the fda guidance letter? Or immediately after there last quarterly report which has got people in a frenzy on this thread? Other companies like mines and tech stocks that I have in my portfolio have stated that this is what want to achieve in the near future and either on the same announcement or a few days later they have come out and said oh and by the way here's a CR.?
