    One of my favourite movies is the Monty Python 'Life of Brian'. In one scene is a beggar seeking a talon for an ex leper!

    We have a right to know what our new majority shareholder is planning for our company.
    We have a right to know what will be the makeup of the BOD, how many seats they get et al.
    For me I think they want our product not necessarily our company and with that in mind I am more than happy to be swallowed up with a script swap.
