    I want the ownership relationship of small shareholders recognised and acted on with a dividend and appropriate attention to their interests in future decision making. A dividend is appr0priate and easily manageable right now. The intention to accumulate excessive cash and buy bolt-ons is counterproductive. Other companies have done this and it is ultimately a devastating destruction of shareholder value. The time to deal with this is now and in a planned and sustained way.
