well they will be issuing 200m shares before june to golden venture capital at 15 day vwap of up to 25% discount. it all depends on when they want to do this issue but simple fact the share has been coming down isnt such a good sign unless they hold onto this issue after all the good news and made the stock go up to 10 or 20c.. then raise 15m to 30m on from it.
