exactly Jelly8 !!! so SCU management out there (whoever is listening) - be smart and not a bunch of DH's and raise 200 mill shares when the price is at least 5c, 10c, or 20c = $10 mill, $20 mill or $40 mill.
won't have to go back so soon to raise again in the medium term and also have enough cash to make key acquisitions and send the company to another level and potentially to a market cap level that will justify its entry into one of the ASX indexes, then the Big serious insto buying will come !!
