There is a 950k sell order that moves around multiple times a day. Was at 5.1c overnight and now at 5.6c. It appears they are a legitimate seller as they have been the lowest offer at times over the last 2 weeks.
It seems that this sell order may be either bringing out some selling or halting some buying, despite the rising share price this week.

But this is being offset by the positive momentum by the company with the Zolpimist approval and plenty of news flow to come regarding an Australian distribution partner, offshore Zolpimist partner developments, Anagrelide developments, a potential acquisition into the company, and the general increased spotlight of the company. And the company has plenty of cash in the bank now to see them through.
