Showing that Shareholders may not fully agree with that valuation. Many believe the U308 price to skyrocket further, Demand is outstripping supply until way into 2010+ when supply lines may catchup. The the Cam(somthing company) offered the scrip offer roughly the 1.44 you are talking about? That also is much higher than the dension offer.

As can be seen, the valuation differ greatly. Looking at PDNs offer for SMM, many consider than fully or overpriced, but Borshoff is no fool, he hasn't turned the penny terrible that was PDN into the 5-6 billion $$ company today...
