sdcjf is a grey market for SEA on the pink sheets OTC in the US. It apparently doesn't have to follow the trading halt rules in place on the ASX as it is not sponsered by SEA. Apparently large brokerages can purchase shares on the ASX as ADR's and make their own market on the OTC in the US. Not sure what is going on with the IPO. Would have preferred to see the company grow a little slower with less dilution. The next week will definately be interesting. From the Eastern edge of the Bakken in Minot, ND.
