Nothing wrong with the Gold Coast. Nice part of Australia to live and visit for holiday. In any case, is anyone actually ignoring SDG because SOME of it's portfolio resides on the Gold Coast? The company's prospects, portifolio of assets and the debt to cash ratio alone is so good that you'd need more than a GFC and a property crash to seriously disturb this company. Not only that, they are buying back shares at whopping discounts to NTA, benefiting both the company and us shareholders.
