They will all be fully aware that SDL is not just a mine with huge upside potential, but it also comes with rail & port (not just yet, but it will).
That would make SDL very, very attractive.
And to put it in perspective, BHP wasted around $500m for the failed takeover of RIO back in 2009. Isn't SDLs current market cap around the $800m mark?
