if they offered 1 vale for 30 sdl shares
the equivalent sdl approx $1
delude vale approx 2%
asx list the 90million shares

holding the sdl price down makes this look attractive
it also makes accumulating not only for a triple up on your money
but also for a vote count @ t/o time
how much do we know about our manipulators
ubs-db-big players
add everyone who would sell out
they could already be holding a competitive yes vote

because of the late ken talbot (rip)
we only need another 30% no votes
