Looking at todays announcement, one would have to assume that SDL are taking their confidentiallity agreement with strategic partners extremely seriously.

If this announcement had of come out 12 months ago, there would have been some solid buying going on leading up to the announcement. However with this announcement, it virtually came out of nowhere, with absolutely no indication that it was going to happen.

This could change the whole dynamics of how SDL is traded, as it would seem that they quite possibly could have plugged the holes of the leaky boat.
