G'day Donedeal, you are right when you say that it didnt come out of "nowhere" as it was stated in a previous presentation.

When I said it came out of nowehere, I was talking about it coming out of nowehere in relation to share price movement. In the past, a positive announcement generally follows some positive movement of the share price, however this announcement virtually came out of nowehere, as there didnt appear to be any positive movement leading up to the announcement.

The more I think about the situation, there is little wonder that negotiations are so difficult.

On one hand, you have the strategic partners, who probably don't want to commit themsevles until they know that SDL has the full backing of the Cameroon Government. On the other hand, you probably have the Cameroon Government who don't want to fully commit themsevles until they know that SDL have the full backing of a Strategic Partner.
