I would think most of the items to go through the Government will be a formality.
Sundance will be aware of the processes they have to keep to and do properly to not waste any time.

This one project is responsible for getting started all the rail,roads,communications,power generation,water supply,living standards for the South/East Of Cameroon From The sea ports to connecting Cameroon to The Congo,Gabon and The Central African Republic.
It is not just opening up Cameroon it is unlocking the hinterlands of the other countries involved as well.
