    Hi The--Butcher--.

    CGGC contract was completed with The Cameroon Government for the EPC in late 2015. This contract is yet to be signed. Financing is waiting on that contact to be signed.
    As I have stated many times, one does not happen without the other. No Port and Rail Finance contract signed by The Cameroon Government and CGGC, No Mine Funding for SDL.
