    Forget it. US and Europe are in financial trouble, and they do not have huge foreign exchange reserve like China. They could NOT afford it to finance a huge long-term project for the benefits of commercial projects like iron ore mine. China needs a lots of iron ore for NEW SILK ROAD to connect China (ASIA) to EUROPE and AFRICA.

    Search google to see which country has the highest foreign exchange reserve. China is number ONE, not the US or European countries.
