That chart doesn't look right to me. The 10c increments from 40c until 90c are very compressed where as from 0-20c are quite large.
I Imagine that if you were to view the chart with equal sized increments that the downtrend line you have would become steeper and that we would be above it.
Maybe I am wrong but it just looks out of perspective to me.
