I think the Itabirite will be more than 1Bt.
They say the stripping ratio is 0.3:1.

BBY forecast long term commodity prices and foreign exchange including(1) Lump ore USc78.8/dmtu - (2) Fines ore USc61.74/dmtu - (3)Concentrate USc67.90/dmtu - (4)Blast furnace pellets USc101.50/dmtu (5) Direct Reduction Pellets USc111.70/dmtu and A$US=US0.73 beyond 2015.

So pellets bring $22 to $32 per tonne more then Lump iron ore.
I have seen a figure of cost moving from $20 to around $32 I think for converting the ore to pellets.
