Thanks for the response,the pellets represent great value as well as the dso.It's looking like the chinese are under pressure to accept the contract prices that the japanese,taiwanese,and koreans have agreed to,or else they risk gambling on the spot market.If they surrender to rio's adjusted prices this is a real win in my book as it could have been a much bigger cut.
As for the itabirite i'm with you all the way as far as the potential upside is concerned,this could dwarf all but one or two of the worlds biggest singular iron ore mines in the world,not to mention the operating margins.
Whats your thoughts on the high silica levels@6% blended,any cause for concern?The strip ratio is very good.
As usual your research is impeccable.
