You speak of JV partner being close to finalised and this should have an effect on share price in the near future. The market has known for around a month or more now that talks are well advanced with steel mills with the only new information being that it has been narrowed down. Again, I don't think much buying interest will occur till something more concrete is announced as all this speculation around finance being sorted is factored in already.

I could always be wrong cause who knows what the deep pocket investors are planning or what external/internal factors will eventuate in the coming months.

Some one told me that market price always reflects what the market expects now and into the future. Wait till something new and unexpected is thrown into the mix and see how the market reacts
