What we currently have is the most exciting speculation and rumours SDL have had in their journey, agreed?
The MD has said China rail IS building the railway.Yes there may not be may competitors but I don't believe it was a slip of the tongue.
SDL has narrowed the seach for steel mills down appears they are the ones in the drivers seat.
Stellar DFS released, with MD revealing project plans and JV structure.
I'm sorry but this is the first time in a long time I have been very dissapointed with the SP action.
THe market loves rumour and speculation and you won't get any better than we have right now yet we are stagnant??
On YMYC last night, yes i know they can be way off the mark, but the analysts do represent funds and hold views probably held by many other analysts.The said they are quite bearish on IO and that EVEN Sundance announced they are going ahead with their project with the release of their DFS.Their view is the amount of IO coming on line in the next few years will push the price way down to $60-80/ton.
There may be many reasons for this not to occur but the only reason I can use to explain the current SP is that the SM is staying well away for IO atm. Haven't checked yet but worth having a look at how all other IO plays are performing this year.
Just my opinion, but we need to look at valid reasons why haven't made some gains this week on very promising stuff from head office.We can talk manipulation, bots etc but the volumes are poor and this shows no major interest.Now this could change very quickly but we need something to support the LT IO price in my opinion.
