sdl holders long term plans

With financing of SDL expected before the end of year, I'm interested in holder's intentions.

The spot price of IO is now US$110. SDL has based their calculations on an FOB at US$58.

Such a large differential should offer SDL the opportunity to offer a dividend within several years of operation.

Are holders factoring this potential into their decision to hold SDL, or are they only concerned with SDL's ability to rapidly increase its sp.

I'm a non holder, but only because my money is tied up in AGO and I think Atlas is a better short term bet. Long term I like the looks of SDL.
