Imo the Chinese are just waiting in the wings, to me they are just waiting for sdl to fall over and they will jump in and take the lot for next to nothing. to me they should have started the construction off the mine a couple off years ago not shelve it because the iron ore price was low, now the price has risen they cant snap there fingers and the mine appears , it will take years to complete. so they are just sitting back and waiting. it is better to sink money into the project and have full control.
just my thoughts seven year holder.
