Voting is only once a year and it is not effective to voice concerns. The purpose of emails is not asking the board to provide information to individual sender, however it should indirectly give the pressure to the board so they could update us on the progress of the negotiation with any parties.

Shareholders or investors need to know whether China Gezhouba state-owned corporation (the winner of the railway and port infrastructure contract) has started to re-engage discussion with the Cameroon government. We want to know when the plausible signing of the contract for the railway and post infrastructure (the main obstacle of the mining project) and the progress of discussion in regard to the equity partners in the mining project.

As a shareholder, we have the right to directly ask this type of question to the CEO. It is not productive, if you keep posting a negative view on the board. Please remember that the CEO has now been given 100 million options as an incentive bonus in order to deliver a successful execution of the project. The CEO needs to provide duty of care and regularly update shareholders or investors.

Have you sent the email to the CEO? Have other posters sent the email to him? The combining forces and voices of small investors addressed to the board will be more meaningful and fruitful than your repeated complaints about the board in this forum.
