Since you are one of the most knowledgeable old guards of SDL, I would like to ask you the following hypothetical questions.

Suppose that you would like to take over SDL, what would be the right time (i) before 24 July 2017 or (ii) after 24 July 2017 but before any funding or (iii) after the railway and port funding or (iv) after the rail way and port funding as well as mine funding.

For (i) cheaper price;
For (ii) higher price than (i)
For (iii) higher price than (ii)
For (iv) higher price than (iii)
