Thanks for keeping the faith on SDL, just watched the biz report on Sky Biz, got mentioned there too.

Most analysis that was done was based on the 190 mT of resource at Mbalam, this extra 1.2 bT will change the ball game completely.

Here's a quick no. crunch, later in the day.

Cash: 75m
Enterprise Value: 517.5m
Resource: 190mT
EV/Resource: 2.72

In their presentation in May, they had quoted a figure of 1-1.2 bT of Itabirite Haematite (39%) with possible upside.

They've also stated then that with continued drilling this figure of could b higher between 2-2.5 bT.

Another lot of no.'s one can't ignore now for this project,

Operating price: US$37.7/t
Value: 35*37.7 = $1319.5m
Shares: 1871m
Value: 1319.5/1871 = 0.705c

Looks promising after todays announcement.
