With all due respect 'bubsmark', the offer is highly conditional and values SDL at 50 cents once they receive all approval etc... And therefore isn't worth the 50 cents until that point. The same people saying buy now would have been the same ones saying buy at 47 - 48 cents and look how that ended... The potential upside isn't worth the downside risk. Stephen Hogan is a very smart man and has been right on the ball with his market analysis through all of this volatility so I wouldn't throw such baseless claims and insults around...
