Hi Westcott - tell that to the Africans who may pull the pin on us on the back of not being able to get the funding to get this project going. How long do you think they will put up with this? We cannot be the ones mucking around at this point.
If your suggestion was a viable option, SDL Board and Management would play it. Be careful that you don't mistake some great armchair research with on the ground business reality.
I accept that there are things I don't know and happy to be guided by those who do. some don't.
